hydrophil GmbH is searching for long term experts for Technical Assistance consultancy services in a large Middle American city.
The TA will last approx. 10 months starting in June 2011 and ending tentatively in February 2012. The experts will work closely together with the upper management of the municipal water utility assisting the management in situation analysis as well as in policy and strategy development within their respective fields of expertise.
FINANCIAL EXPERT (long term):
- Min. 15 years of experience in the field of corporate development planning and water utility financing including e.g. assessment of investment and financing practices, elaboration of financial/commercial improvement measures, elaboration of tariff policies as well as proposal/assessment of PSP/PPP options.
- Expert must be fluent in Spanish and English.
