hydrophil GmbH is searching for a short term IT and accounting/MIS expert for Technical Assistance consultancy services in a large Middle American city.

In general, the TA consultancy will support the upper management of the municipal water utility in situation analysis as well as in policy and strategy development in the fields of urban water supply, urban sanitation and urban drainage. Short term experts will perform various ad-hoc activities on a call-off basis supporting a team of ca. 3 long term experts. Activities may be called off between June 2011 and February 2012.

IT AND ACCOUNTING/MIS EXPERT (short term):

- Experts should have minimum 10 years of experience and a proven track record of projects in an urban context and ideally experience with large municipal water utilities.

- Experts must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
