hydrophil iC GmbH is searching for a POOL OF SPECIALISTS for the TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO EU DELEGATION TO MONTENEGRO FOR THE PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY DESIGN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT AND SEWERAGE NETWORK IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BERANE, MONTENEGRO

The global objective is to improve the quality and sustainability of Montenegro’s environmental wastewater infrastructure base, in particular targeting the protection of water recipients (Rivers Lim).

The specific objective of the assignment is Technical Assistance for the preparation of preliminary design for the Construction of the Waste Water Treatment Plant and sewerage network in the Municipality of Berane.

The requested service is to provide TA for the preparation of the preliminary design for the construction of wastewater treatment plant and sewerage network in the Municipality of Berane.

POOL OF SPECIALISTS as backup expertise, consisting of one expert for each of the following fields:

- hydraulic network

- electro mechanical parts

- construction works

- hydrology and geology

- environmental assessment

The pool specialists will be called upon service by the Team Leader whenever such a need will be identified and justified in the course of the project.

All pool specialists should have at a least graduate degree in the respective field and 3 years of project relevant experience in the respective field or be at least Junior Experts. Experts can also cover more than more position.

LOCATION AND DURATION

Starting period: The indicative starting date of the assignment is second quarter of 2011.

Foreseen finishing period of duration: The indicative completion date of the assignment is fourth quarter of 2011.

Location of assignment: Assignment base will be in the capital city of Podgorica and the municipality of Berane, Montenegro.
