Vincenc GJOKA

Vincenc Gjoka has more than 20 years of professional experience in the fields of water supply, sanitation and hydropower engineering, mostly in CEE/SEE countries. His experience ranges from concept development to detailed design and preparation of tenders. He is an expert for water supply network design and has vast know-how in water flow and pressure measurements, pipe survey and mapping including leak detection and water loss analysis. He has furthermore specialised in hydropower engineering and hydraulic river system analysis. Vincenc Gjoka has large experience in the preparation of tender documents and tendering procedures and is fully familiar with FIDIC Conditions of Contract.

Language skills: mother tongue - Albanian, fluent in English, German and Italian.
