Helmut Kowala is an expert for water management and environmental engineering. He has more than 18 years of professional experience in the domains of water supply, wastewater disposal, solid waste management and environmental assessment. His project experience encompasses feasibility studies, detail design and tender documents. Further, his experience covers environmental risk assessment of polluted sites and supervision of clean-up operations. Many assignments were conducted on international level with focus on South-eastern Europe.
