urban water supply engineer
hydrophil GmbH is searching for long term experts for Technical Assistance consultancy services in a large Middle American city.
The TA will last approx. 10 months starting in June 2011 and ending tentatively in February 2012. The experts will work closely together with the upper management of the municipal water utility assisting the management in situation analysis as well as in policy and strategy development within their respective fields of expertise.
URBAN WATER SUPPLY ENGINEER (long term):
- Min. 15 years of experience in the fields of urban water supply,
- Additional experience in the fields of urban sanitation, urban drainage, and groundwater management is an asset.
- The expert should have worked ideally in all phases of the project cycle and have a thorough understanding of policy and strategy formulation.
- Expert must be fluent in Spanish and English.
